Acceptance of Terms.

Slaughter & Slaughter LLP (“Publisher”) provides its Service (as defined in paragraph 2 below) to you subject to this Terms of Service agreement ("TOS"). Publisher may update this TOS from time to time and will make commercially reasonable efforts to include notices regarding any such updates or changes on the Publisher website at www.Slaughterlaw.com (together with its directly associated domains, the "Site"). By using, and continuing to use, the Service, you signify your binding acceptance of the TOS, as published on the Site from time to time, and you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. In this TOS, "Publisher" means Slaughter & Slaughter, LLP, a California limited liability partnership. The "Service" includes (a) the Site, (b) the services, tools and applications provided by or through the Site and (c) all data, text, sounds, images, video, programming, software and other content made available through the Site. Any new features added to the Service are also subject to this TOS.
